1st Meeting: “Kick Off” In Madrid, ES

 

IMG 0427The kick-off meeting of ELFIE project was held in Madrid (Spain). Representatives from the partnership membres from The Netherlands, Poland and Spain attended the meeting.

 During two days, partners debated about the project scope and the distribution of project tasks. A joint review of the workplan was agreed.

The meeting started with presentations from each partner giving mutual knowledge and a common view of the capabilities of the partnership.

The project starts with a reduced number of partners, only the three present got finally approved. Consequently, the workplan and the number of participants needed to be adapted to this situation. The main aim is to maintain the project results as proposed in the original project definition.

The rest of the meeting was used to work on the project workplan and schedule.

The following distribution of workload was initially agreed:

Pro Work (NL):

  • Initial questionnaire and SWOT analysis
  • Students follow-up system
  • Participate in Collecting “good examples”
  • Participate in Developing “e-learning patterns”
  • Participating in putting into practice developed materials
  • Presentation on “good examples” for Dissemination
  • Publication with the project results for Dissemination

DC Center (PL):

  • Website administrator
  • Participate in Collecting “good examples” for Dissemination
  • Publication in the WebSite of “good examples”
  • Participate in Developing “e-learning patterns”
  • Participating in putting into practice developed materials
  • Publication in the WebSite of “e-learning patterns”
  • On-line Brochure for Dissemination

Jaitek (ES):

  • Project coordinator
  • Collect and edit Interim and Final reports
  • Evaluation and Evaluation reports
  • Web site and e-learning platforms
  • E-learning platform administrator
  • Participate in Collecting “good examples”
  • Participate in Developing “e-learning patterns”
  • Participating in putting into practice developed materials

 

IMG 0425In addition to that, a review of main tasks in year one was done, focusing on how to approach and implement the initial questionnaire an the SWOT analysis, and the compilation of "good examples" of using e-learning and its application to inclusive education situations.

Also the candidate tool for students development was presented.
